Two Bank Holidays and I think the fastest month to date! Where on earth did time go? Is it because we’re out and about doing things again or perhaps the nicer weather with more time outside meant we had more varied days and therefore time disappeared? Either way, what a lovely month it was having a few long weekends to rest and recover.

Skinny Tonic and Margarita Soda with Chilli 

Our favourite sisters Raissa and Joyce De Haas are back and this time we get to showcase the wonderful Margarita Soda one of our personal favourites and the Skinny Tonic - simplistically perfect to pair with any non-alcoholic spirit. 

The tonic is low in sugar and not overpowering , while the Margarita has a wonderful kick! 

We also enjoy the Italian Margarita which is 50ml of APRTF topped with Margarita Soda. Oh, and a salt rim of course. 

May’s Perfect Serve 

Spritz season is upon us and we are kicking things off with a bang!

50ml Everleaf Forest in a wine glass filled with ice, topped with Double Dutch Skinny Tonic and garnished with orange (a wedge of or dried orange).

Raspberry Sparkling Mead

Gorgeous on its own but the perfect pairing for this months’ spirit! It feels like an absolute match made in heaven. On its own, simply serve chilled and learn how to make the cocktail below!

Bemuse have created a non-alcoholic mead for the modern drinker.

Barbarilla Soda

Created from the beauty found in the British garden, the Barbarilla Soda is made from rhubarb and anise. Enjoyed chilled on its own or with this months’ non-alcoholic spirit, this soda is unique, natural and showcases our countryside.

Jasmine Silver Needle Kombucha

We are bringing in this months’ JOMO Box another kombucha as we, quite frankly, are obsessed with kombucha’s gut boosting benefits and varied flavours.

This kombucha is dry with the silver needle tea shining through. It can be enjoyed chilled on its own or included in cocktails as a replacement for sparkling non-alcoholic wine.

This bittersweet cocktail has varying layers of depth coming from Everleaf’s alcohol-free aperitif balanced by the sweet tones of Bemuse’s Raspberry Mead. 

50ml Everleaf over ice topped up with Bemuse’s Raspberry Sparkling Mead, garnished with pink peppercorns.
