What we love most about Sober October is it shows us what things should be like in regards to drinking. There is minimal judgement on why you aren’t drinking as you are taking part in a month of sobriety, Sober October. Pressures are removed and people don’t look at you as though you have two heads. If this is something we want to do, shouldn’t it be like this always?

Taking A Leap

Many people we know who have decided to take the hop, skip and jump into sobriety started with Sober October or Dry January. It helped them assess their relationship with alcohol, highlighted the pressures surrounding alcohol and made them realised that it’s all a little bit ridiculous. It’s our life and if we don’t want to drink, we bleeding well wont.
