UNBOXING: JOMO Club’s Non-Alcoholic Cocktail Box

With Dry January (or damp January) done and dusted, February is an important time for reflection. Understanding whether you learnt anything during your month of sobriety. Whether you felt more alert, slept better, ate better and whether that has meant you now want to continue your sobriety streak or embrace a new relationship with alcohol. A more…mindful approach.

We felt February’s JOMO Box had to be packed with the good stuff. Heaps of new drinks to discover and heaps of snacks too. Entering a new month feeling motivated is important to us and we wanted to do anything we could to help you along the way.

After reducing our personal alcohol intake through January, we are noticing the effects of a few drinks more than ever. We are waking up feeling a little foggy as though we haven’t had a sound nights sleep. Our focus is a little out of joint and that has a knock on effect when it comes to our diet, sugar intake and productivity. We have recently created a Facebook group called ‘JOMO Club - Joy Seekers’ where you can share your questions, concerns or advice for like-minded people. Do join and ask away!

So, what was inside JOMO’s February box? Keep on reading and you will find out.
