Does your morning routine include going down the stairs to make yourself a coffee before almost anything else? 

You’re certainly not alone. Coffee is the most popular drink worldwide with around two billion cups consumed every day. In the UK, we now drink approximately 96 million cups of coffee every day.

CBD has been growing in popularity over the past few years. It is starting to gain momentum in the health and wellness world with many scientifically backed benefits.
