  4. Pour the chilled mixture over the fruit mixture. Serve with a spoon and a straw!

2. Manhattan

Pride month started as a riot against police brutality targeted towards the LGBTQ+ community in a bar called Stonewall Inn, in Manhattan. So, to honour the origins of the Pride movement, here is the recipe for a delicious alcohol-free Manhattan.

  • 2 shots of Lyre’s American Malt

  • 1 shot of non-alcoholic sweet vermouth

  • 2 dashes of Angostura bitters, or other aromatic bitters

Method:

  1. Add all the ingredients into a chilled mixing glass with ice.

  2. Stir until well chilled.

  3. Strain the ice out and serve in a coupe glass.

  4. Garnish with a cherry.
